Another book getting it’s launch at Cardiff Expo next week is the 8th issue of Dexter’s Half Dozen. Barring anthology titles this is far and away my favourite small press ongoing and the first thing I check for at comic cons. Also, unlike a lot of small press comics this actually gets updated. Quick note to publishers… if I pick up issue one of your comic at Bristol Expo then the next year at Bristol you still only have issue one… you’ve lost me. By the nature of small press you expect there to be a gap between issues, but if its an ongoing story, over 12 months for the next instalment is stretching my attention span slightly.
This title manages to keep fresh without losing any of the quality. Like I said…. I’m a big fan.
Here’s the info I was sent by the writer
Here’s the cover for the new issue. It’s being released by Bearded Skull Comics in partnership with Deadstar Publishing.
It’s definitely going to be available at Cardiff .
This issue is all about the werewolf character, Eddie Adams, as he goes on a strange journey in a desperate attempt to cure his uncontrollable rage.
Really feels like the kind of strip you’d get and enjoy in 2000AD and has a similar dark sense of humour running through the action. Give it a shot.

Can you put the creators in touch with me so I can buy a copy. Will review it for them before Cardiff Expo if it arrives in time.
