San Diego Comic Con is the place to be seen and 2000 AD have a panel on the Saturday at 16:00-17:00, in Room 4, which has a capacity of 155-280 depending on if it’s laid out like a classroom or theatre, so don’t be late, as it’s bound to fill out fast!
This panel is called The 2000 AD Thrill Hour but they normally last for 50 minutes, due to room changeover. Already known to be on this panel is Liana Kangas and Katy Rex, with other creators to be announced, for chat, announcements and fun!
Also on the Saturday is a panel called Judge Dredd: Supercop or Satire? This takes place at 18:30-19:30, in Room 8, which has a capacity of 156-340, again, depending on if it’s laid out like a classroom or theatre.
This panel will will consist of Mark Russell (Judge Dredd: Under Siege), Meg Downey (CBR), Rosie Knight (Nerdist) and Evan Narcisse (io9, Rise of the Black Panther) and they will discuss if Judge Dredd is a hero or a villain? Is he a law enforcement role-model or, in the light of recent years, is he becoming a worrying vision of the future? So that will be something to get the juices flowing.
