How do you solve a problem like a do-gooder? Well, you can get them to quit, keep them busy or just murder them. Now, though this may have been a more entertaining series of things to try against Maria Von Trapp, here it just fails miserably against Joe Dredd…
John Wagner and Alan Grant curl off a turd but Ron Smith paints a nice pic.
WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT (IN ONE SENTENCE)?:
A crime syndicate decides to get rid of Dredd once and for all.
ANY LAW LORE?:
I Blocks can withstand anything short of a nuke.
Dredd is carrying two Lawgivers.
WHAT THE DROKK?:
Dredd executes Scurvy Dykeson even though Dykeson is unarmed and presenting no danger to citizens. This is clearly murder.
The perps fire missiles that home in on Dredd’s neural pattern. How would they get hold of his neural pattern?
Dredd guesses who is behind it, meaning he knows these criminals exists and meet every month to plan criminal activities. Why hasn’t he arrested them sooner? What is this, the 1966 Batman series?
The iso cubes are transparent and feature just a chair and table. There is no bed and certainly no toilet. Wow.
WHAT’S THE ART LIKE?:
This is simply OK, but is hampered by the story.
HOW MANY LINKS?:
Two links, but only for the borderline creepy joke with the spont who wants to be frisked saying he has something illegal on him but won’t say where. Some perps just ask to be molested.
