There is no lower form of comedian than the practical joker. It is astonishing that shallow graves up all over Britain are not filled with the rotting cadavers of Jeremy Beadle-alikes who have annoyed the general public with their antics. There should be some form of legal loophole that gives a twenty minute window to do with the joker what you will before it becomes a criminal act so that the rest of them get the message. And don’t get me started on buskers…
